We’ll begin with an initial discovery session to review your challenges, understand your desires, and set goals for your relationship between you and your child.
Meet weekly via Zoom for 10-12 weeks, depending on what we decide during our initial session.
Each coaching session is 60 minutes.
During each session, you’ll review your progress, set a new intention, learn a new strategy or tweak an existing one, and decide an action step to move you forward over the next week.
Your Forward Together coach is your own personal accountability partner.
We're here to steer you through the hard times, nurture and guide you, and be your biggest cheerleaders. Throughout our time together, you’ll have access to your coach via email to ask questions and receive support whenever you need.
